Ben and Kila Davis have been in business for 13 years and have over 20 years experience in the floor covering industry. They have been married 22 years and have 2 exceptional young men, Riley, 16 and Rhett, 11. "Customer service is our #1 goal", says Ben. My wife reminds me often the importance of feeling like YOU are our only customer and that we are eager to assist you in any way possible. "I just know what is important to me", says Kila. We want to provide the most hassle free and pleasant buying experience possible for you. We know how busy people are and how important it is to feel you are dealing with a competent, reliable and trustworthy business. We also know that if you make a customer happy, they will tell 20 people. However, if you make a customer unhappy they will tell 100 !!!
